The Beara Way, one of the best known of Ireland’s waymarked walking routes, skirts near the house which is at the intersection of two other Kerry walks.
Just 10 miles away, Kenmare is a colourful, traditional Irish market town with a sophisticated edge evident in its many top class restaurants, traditional pubs, craft shops, hotels and spas.
